The following documents are required for becoming an LSP:
Loan Application Form for the customers.
KYC details to be sought from customers.
PAN card, GST and Address proof of the Company.
List of Directors and their PAN, Aadhaar, Passport.
COI, MOA and AOA of the Company.
Latest 3 Year ITR, Audited Financial Statement, and Latest Provisional (Quarterly, Half Yearly) of the company.
Shareholding Pattern.
1 year Bank statement of the company.
Data reported to Credit bureaus of the last 6 months.
